Unit 15 is one of 44 homes in the community, and one of the ones that holds ocean views from both levels, minutes from the restaurants and dive shops of downtown Playas del Coco.
Ocean views reach every bedroom and both levels of the home. Rear patios on both floors open directly onto the sea, so the water is the first thing you hear in the morning and the last thing you see at night. A gas BBQ sits right on the patio, and laundry is private, inside the villa — not a shared facility down the path. The home comes furnished and ready to use: unpack and stay the same night. Pets are welcome, and one gated parking space is included. The house has also operated as a vacation rental, with income history available on request.
